So I managed to get through another run of Magisters Terrace and I managed to come out of it with:

Raid Rx is designed to encapsulate and cure the shock and horror that is 25-man raid healing. Ok, so it's mostly horror... Anyways, if you're a big fan of X-TREME Whack-A-Mole (or are being forced into it against your will) this is the column for you. Btw, Kil'jaeden says hi! Ok, maybe not...

This is like the song that never ends. It goes on and on my friends. Who knew there was so much to say about casting faster? I swear this is the last week of it. I'll find something... anything... else to talk about next week. Just stick it out. You can do it!

For a bit of a recap, Part 1 explained how you can reduce casting lag, the first step in getting your heals to land faster. Do we need tanks?

Blizzard says we do, and it's an old standard of the MMO genre that someone stands up front and annoys the monster into hitting him, so that healing can be concentrated and DPS doesn't have to take a beating that would likely kill it. But do we really need tanks, or should the game move away from emphasis on the tanking/DPS/healing troika?

So I was leveling on an alt in the Wetlands, when I saw another lowbie accompanied by a lvl 70 Paladin. I noticed he had Blessing of Sanctuary up, so as I usually do when I run into fellow Prot. Paladins, I inspected him, and was greeted with this:

Me: Why on earth don't you have Avenger's Shield or Improved Holy Shield? :|
Him: im poor

Me: That's no excuse... go do some quests in outlands
Him: ill get right on that
Him: doctor wow

Me: As someone who's had a prot pally since before we had a taunt, it upsets me to see someone without those two talents

(This is indeed true. I still have my full Deathbone set in the bank.)

Him: It's just a game, relaxxx
Me: Football is just a game, but if a team were only playing with 7 players...
Him: to deep for me

I stop talking to him at this point. Personally, I think the analogy I was trying to draw there was pretty straightforward.

World of Warcraft has finally done it. Blizzard Entertainment has reported that the hit MMORPG, World of Warcraft, has hit 10,000,000 million subscribers world wide. This is a massive milestone for not only Blizzard but also the MMO world.

World of Warcraft is a superb game and is an invigorating experience for anyone who plays it. If you are looking for a game that will challenge you, engage you and reward you then it is the perfect title. It could even be said that playing it will make you smarter, as the game asks so much of you that you can’t help but grow as you play it.

The other day I was dualing with a Shaman. He is elemental build. He has a macro that can cast 3 spells in a roll, very fast that killed me instantly. The first one hit me like 4300, then follow by 2800 and 1300, 3 hits within 2 sec. He said with that macro, he is owning PvP. The bad thing he said there is a 3 mins cool down on one or more of his spells. I am not sure which one because I don't play Shaman. Now my question is, is there a macro for shadow priest that can do some combo like this which do a great damage?

can a shamn be the MAIN heals for a standard group in a heroic instancE? I know chain heal is suppose to be pretty good. i have no shamen, i'm just curious. Also i think its good descussion/argument. shamen , druid, pally, priest..I would think pallies and priests are pretty close as main healers, but it seems like the pallies have the advantage of plate (incase they pull) and a couple other things that can save a group from a wipe better. DISCUSS!

o Nethermancer Sepethrea's Frost Attack now reduces movement speed by 25% rather than 50%.
o The Cache of the Legion can now only be looted by players who are present during some portion of a successful attempt of the Gatewatcher Gyro-Kill and Gatewatcher Iron-Hand encounters. In addition, on Heroic difficulty Gatewatcher Gyro-Kill and Gatewatcher Iron-Hand no longer drop [Badges of Justice]. Instead, the Cache of the Legion contains a Badge of Justice for each player present.
